PISCO Mufflers, also called push-in silencers, quiet the sharp hiss at a valve or cylinder exhaust port while keeping flow restriction low. A sintered element diffuses the escaping air so the exhaust pulse is softer without choking the valve. Push them onto the exhaust port or tube by hand.
